Every year we become stronger. But how much stronger ? At this christmas partay we won't be stuffing our faces but instead we will push each other to the limit to see how much we can actually Squat, Bench press, Pull, Overhead press and Deadlift. Whilst mingling and feeling the christmasy vibes. Join us at 6pm on Saturday the 6th of December at the Boardybuilding Fitness studio :) And bring your Santa hat !
